Why we started
The insight
When TJ began building neoantigen prediction models, he learned that current standards are narrowly focused on a small subset of biological signals, leaving significant potential efficacy on the table. By training a model on how tumors evolve under immune pressure over time, he could capture the unique heterogeneity of tumor evolution — making each prediction meaningfully more accurate.
The belief
Any disease — and particularly cancer — will always present in a nuanced and unique way across each individual patient. We believe every person living with cancer deserves a treatment built for them: not approximated from population averages, not a best-guess from a general model, but something designed around their biology specifically.
